What is VeriFactu?

VeriFactu is Spain's new mandatory anti-fraud system (RD 1007/2023, Ley Antifraude). All invoicing software must meet specific technical requirements from January 2027 (companies) or July 2027 (autónomos) – or face fines from €150 to €1,000,000.
